Why Native

NATIVE Consulting was founded in 2010 with the idea to become the first independent consulting company which provides consulting services in both Business and IT Governance. IT Governance in general is simply said “aligning IT Strategy with Business Strategy”, by enabling companies to achieve their strategies and goals. Our Business consulting services are meant to complement IT Governance, and vice versa, in a way that subject companies fulfill their long- and short-term objectives.

In order to meet customers’ requirements, NATIVE offers services which are in general Industry independent, because we talk about “IT and Business”. On the other hand, NATIVE is constantly monitoring the market and a growing need for implementation of Integrated Management Systems which in general are combination of necessary ISO standards applicable to the requested Industry.

In 2013 most requests were related to implementation of ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management), ISO 20000 (IT Service Management) and ISO 27000 (Information Security Management, so NATIVE will set its focus mostly on these standards which in general are part of IT / Business Governance in general.

2013 was the year when NATIVE actively started with projects involving Business / Management consulting services. In the area of Business Development, our primary targets are small and medium companies. They understand the need for professional assistance in various areas of business and management consulting. On our side, we are investing our knowledge, time and passion in creation of long-term values for them.

Our experienced team offers its services in wide range of fields – from establishment of the new business, to setting corporate short- and long-term goals, preparation of business plans and presenting them to banks/investors/strategic partners; from risk assessment to development of strategy for risk mitigation; from design of planning, reporting, or controlling tools, to the internal communication and implementation of policies and procedures; from leveraging on company’s tangible and intangible assets, to analytical preparation of potential growth opportunities...
